Information and advice on setting up an account with Johnson & Johnson

Thank you for your interest in opening an account with Johnson and Johnson. If you are not currently a customer, we can assist you to open up an account with us in a just a few simple steps.

Our friendly customer services team can assist you in setting up an account with Johnson & Johnson. Please contact them on 0800 96535 and they will be able to support you through the process.

To begin you journey to ordering ACUVUE® Brand Contact Lenses, please read our Terms & Conditions. Once you have read this, complete the ‘New Account Form’ below and email this to [email protected]

So that we can process your request as efficiently as possible, please ensure that all parts of the form are completed and the form is signed. If you require assistance with the completion of the New Account form, please contact our Customer Service team who will be happy to provide further assistance. 

Once you have submitted your completed form, one of our dedicated team will confirm that the request is being processed or will contact you for further information. New Account openings will generally take up to 10 working days.
