Follow these steps to have your practice be searchable to patients.
- Create a jnjvisionpro.com user profile
- Link your user profile to your practice business account
- Once linked, navigate to My Practice, select the Find an Eye Care Professional tab and click on "List my Practice". Note: if you do not see the Find an Eye Care Professional tab, you must ask your Practice Administrator to grant you permission to this feature.
- Complete the information related to your practice. After completing the form, your practice will be visible to patients on the ACUVUE Canada Find an Eye Care Professional Map
- You can edit your practice information at any time by navigating back to this form.
