With MyACUVUE® Rewards your patients can earn rewards^ with proof of an ACUVUE® purchase. Rewards are distributed as a physical or virtual ACUVUE® Prepaid Mastercard®*

Patients may earn rewards with a 3, 6, or 12 month purchase of ACUVUE® Contact Lenses.

MyACUVUE® Rewards

For qualifying purchase, patients sign in to MyACUVUE®, complete online reward form and mail in their original, unaltered receipt. If approved, reward will be issued by email within 14 days.

MyACUVUE® Express Rewards

For Preferred practices using Checkout and Shop, patients with qualifying orders get Express Rewards – no mailing required and approved rewards are issued within 7 days.
