How your patients redeem for Rewards
MyACUVUE® Rewards
For qualifying purchase, patients sign in to MyACUVUE®, complete online reward form and mail in their original, unaltered receipt. If approved, reward will be issued by email within 14 days.
MyACUVUE® Express Rewards
For Preferred practices using ACUVUE® Shop, patients with qualifying orders get Express Rewards – no mailing required and approved rewards are issued within 7 days.
