Practice management system must be compatible and able to provide share data across all affiliated locations.
Underlying member affiliation of a Company contracted GPO, enrollment in the ACUVUE® Achieve Program, or contract with Johnson & Johnson under a rebate agreement is required.

Our volume-based reward for performance program designed for independent eye care practices.
Annual program with simple, scalable quarterly rebate payouts.
Access to offerings including national patient rebates, direct order discounts, free standard shipping, and more.
Minimum ACUVUE® purchase volume of $40,000 per year, or $10,000 per quarter to earn rebate.
